After struggling with renovation solutions for over two years Henry
Marburger, General Manager of Augusta Country Club, called Clubwise. We
completed a membership survey, which identified the program elements for
the long-range planning committee. Clubwise
was then retained to help put
together a professional architect and interior design team in the process
saving tens of thousands in future fees.
Focus group meetings were
completed and the renovation solutions received a very positive vote from
the membership. During design development, Clubwise
was retained for
contract document review and kitchen design. The result is a total

was retained by River Hills Club in Jackson,
Mississippi. Over the past year Clubwise

plan, help the club hire a professional team and completed an $11 million
dollar master plan of all facilities. That plan was just past by 92%

Along with the master planning effort Clubwise
also completed a complete
food and beverage department analysis. We have since accepted a new
contract to implement the recommendation of that analysis.
