"Clubwise has just completed a
survey for my club. This survey was designed to give Management and Board
of Directors information regarding the quality of services offered our
membership.
We had completed a survey some years
ago addressing facilities for a capital improvement program. With those
improvements having been made it was time to get information from our
members on how the staff can make ongoing improvement, resulting in our
ultimate mission of providing member satisfaction.
We will follow this survey with and
annual survey to tell us how we are doing. Jerry McCoy did a great job
taking us through this process. His strong club management experience and
survey expertise gave the staff and Board just the right perspective to
help us provide ongoing improvement that is measurable."
